Putin's Strategy for a Long War in Ukraine

I think at the moment, what Putin wants to do is something else. In particular, what the West and to a lesser extent Ukraine want to do issomething else. The Western Ukraine, they really want, we are pursuing the thing that an attrition rate will create a discontent inside the Russian population. This is the strategy.
