Gymnastics is a great way to build durability. I use gymnastics parallel bars with my athletes now for upper body strength and movement, all that kind of stuff. It's not some stupid bench or sprint till they die but actually give them this durability that's going to allow them to play their sport,. hopefully, you know, injury free.
