How to Buy Emerging Market Stocks

In May, unless you were an AI related name or a semiconductor stock, you actually didn't do well at all. At that point, if you're an investor and you're looking for opportunities, you probably have to start casting a wider net. And I still can't really get excited about some of the other sectors, either it's a valuation issue or it's just where I think we are in the cycle. So look outside the US. Are there opportunities there?
