I'm at my best when my plate is the right level of full. I don't foresee myself giving that up. We've built some really good systems where I'll likely start elevating out of the day to day work within that business and we'll focus more on the sales side. On the lane two side, what we are planning to do is to do a bit of hiring there. And so I would say for at least the next three to five years, I would see myself continuing to play a part in the growth of both of these companies.
