It's like eggplant parmigiano. You make it and then you're like, takes your number to make it. My son made it a little while ago when he was at university. I love Copenhagen. It is amazing. We're there for a wedding on Saturday and then hung out there yesterday as well. And I had a fantastic schnitzel, a restaurant called Bar,. They do it with capers in it and then put these mushrooms on and then lingon berries on top as well. Absolutely phenomenal.
