How to Find Assistants for Your Photography Work
Sophia and Tom have both had people emailing them wanting to assist. Do you get a lot of emails off people who are looking to assist? And do you think that sometimes as well, there's, you know, they struggled to find assisting work when you came out of university)? Sophia: I try and respond to everybody but generally don't meet up for a coffee with everybody because this is quite time consuming. Sometimes it's just not the opportunities for people. But I do try and meet up with people when I can.
