And do you think that sometimes as well, there's, you know, they struggled to find assisting work when you came out of university)? Sophia: I try and respond to everybody but generally don't meet up for a coffee with everybody because this is quite time consuming. Sometimes it's just not the opportunities for people. But I do try and meet up with people when I can.
