How to Make a Delicious Pate?
Overnight, i would have soaked some walnuts or some peacans and basically blendid together. And i use a little bit of cocoanut water to bring it to a smooth consistency. It actually tastes really similar to a normal pate. Less gamy, definitely les. We use chocomere, and that is well. Sometimes i use a vegetable stock concentrate,. luckily here there's a local one, which is really clean, stays in the fridge. Put a teaspoon in, andy u get all these beautiful flavours.
