To scale as you say there needs to be structure and place. How do we finesse those two ends of the spectrum? Ooh I love that question first. They absolutely are twins they pair. So what I mean by that is you have to have process in place because having process in place. Allows the guardrails to move quickly. We put structure process and expectations in place so that we don't have all these side conversations so everyone's working together towards a common goal. Those two things if you pair them very well together allow you to do both allows you to be that strong company that can scale as fast as you possibly can as well.
