Strikes can be extremely effective in leveraging the employer. The associational power is how do we come together as workers in a collective unit? Historically, this has been through unions but it must not be through unions. And finally, societal power allows us to take a step back and see how this cause for the labor struggle can become a wider cause that society is standing behind.
