For a company that plays its cards well, it is an opportunity for companies that don't. And they don't tune themselves to the market conditions. Right. I spent five years at Google in the in the early 2000s and Google. did not stop at hiring great people. That's one way in which Google thrived eventually. The other thing was by 2004 or so they had like these amazing bunch of people who built Google.
