Mayumi made the frantic 911 call at 11.29 AM stating that their 6 year old son, they had an experimental flying saucer that they built. Richard said he immediately called the FAA because he thought that they would be able to track the balloon the fastest. But when he talked to them, they told them to hang up and call 911.
