Do You Have a Control Group?

In the healthy volunteers, you you only had one, one group. So em yean, can you explain ar any cautions that we should take with drawing conclusions because there was no control group? And i think actually that like overreaching, like going after that performance drop like that, you should increase your training more and more. I don't think there's any value in doing that, like training and just waiting for a performance to dropped. If you do that, many cases, it's too late. It's a good like it, sir, it's a real red flag.
