Is There Potential for Abuse for Tribal Marketing?

There's a lot of concern in society about the degree to which people should be targeted or how much privacy we should have. It seems to me that tribal marketing escapes that because you're just targeting a tribe, not an individual of the tribe. Would you agree or do you see any potential for concerns in abuse for tribal marketing? Well, there is of course a big potential for abuse if you apply that to the individual but we have always refused to do that.
