The Value of the Scrolls
Most of the scrolls date from about a hundred and 50 b c to a d 50, for about two centuries. They're really important for giving us a sense of what the bible looked like in the time of jesus. There are hebrew copies that don't always agree with each other. Other one is just to help us better appreciate what was going on in in the jewish religion at the turn of the era.
