Is There a Technical Debt?

The idea is that you would be able to come in, see that code base and immediately geta a feel for what is missing and what could be improved. Not only does it lessens the chances of us adding bugs to production, but it also gives us more confidence that the code that we're writing is not necessarily breaking any existing code. That's really the biggest thing i think.
