Should I Do a Pulling Exercise?

A squat will work the calves quo qo, but are you going to get optimal calf development from it? A push for the pex would be a horizontal press and some type of overhead press. And a pulling exercise that would be like a row or a chin is also beneficial. If you just want to get quick workout, do four exerciseso, getting out of the gim in 20 minutes. But to get a more well rounded work out, adding hampstring exercises, set of calf phrases, and perhaps a set of atr raises would also be beneficial.
