How to Love Your Customers Like a Mom

Cody: I always assume that people are, you know, teammates and other folks in the world are kind of in the same mindset as me. Ali: It's one thing to say, hey, not everybody's like me, but it's even better when you can go, well, what are they like? Cody: If you don't know who they are, it's hard to know how to actually practically love them totally. Tom: We couldn't have done any of this without our customers. They come into our home and they become like my other child. The prayer of St. Francis is to seek to understand more than be understood.
