Cody: I always assume that people are, you know, teammates and other folks in the world are kind of in the same mindset as me. Ali: It's one thing to say, hey, not everybody's like me, but it's even better when you can go, well, what are they like? Cody: If you don't know who they are, it's hard to know how to actually practically love them totally. Tom: We couldn't have done any of this without our customers.
