The EU would probably flat out refuse the legality of this system because it would give Companies way too much control over the whole web. Some websites would just basically say you know what? We're only accept windows Mac OS and the major browsers everything else. So yeah, we're gonna block these other tokens And so parts of the web would instantly become inaccessible for alternative browsing methods or alternative operating systems which sucks. This is not ethical This is not how the web has worked or should work"
