What Is the Essence of Water?

Water is a combination of an interior body referred to as H2O with an exterior, like membrane of sorts, that would be H3O. It basically needs to fill the cell and has negative charge and positive charges are outside. And so you've got potential energy. You've got negative inside, positive outside or even if you just consider instantly inside of the cell, right, you've got all those negative charges. There are various ways in which your body can use this potential energy. We simply don't know how much of each is, is relevant for somebody's well-being.
