How to Be a Better Dreamer

I'm finding for I ask five reflection questions right before I fall asleep which are my high of the day, a low of the day and an unanswered question. And usually my unanswered question might queue up the dream and I learn this from you to then say okay so you know okay dreaming self like please help me remember my dreams once I wake up in the morning fully rested so they don't wake you up in the middle of the night. And then in the morning trying to write it down but  it's a practice it takes practice remembering to write things down I forget almost every day just trying to kind of take anything from the dream even the residue.
