The Importance of Basic Mixing
I was intrigued by how the music mixed with an edit on a beat or late or early or whatever. I remember thinking on some of the first shorts that I would do like oh here's an opportunity to put in some sound and at the earliest days we didn't have sound designers who could do that. On devil's night there's a lot of fight sequences it's kind of goofy right like it's a monster monster movie in the way of like a sharp NATO so It's kind of a goofy film but Like there was a lot of action sequences so that was one of those things I was like you know I don't want to trust a sound design not that the sound designer is not perfectly
