The Evolution of Equal Playing Field

Maggie Murphy is one of the co-founders of Equal Playing Field. She and her colleagues hold five football related Guinness World Records. Lewis FC introduced equal pay for its male and female players when Ashley Hall was 13 years old. The women's team now generates huge amounts of money, hundreds of thousands of pounds a year.
