Are They in a Position?

Most of the world's trade, it's a dries all done in US dollars. So if you have a new currency that comes up and lots of nations agree to use that currency instead of the US dollar, that's a major challenge to the US. These are dangerous things to do because it will invite a response, a retaliation from the US. But yes, there are these things in motion, plans in motion. I'm sure there are secret talks being conducted, secret plans being drawn out and all that.
