The Approach to Strategy - Seven Myths

There is no one right framework for strategy work. Whatever structure you use, it should be about the intent and the intent is articulating clear choices. My least favorite is taking the last strategy and just saying, what worked, what didn't, let's just tweak it. I think more effective is to look at the current strategy, but also explore other choices.
