How to Release Tension
I know anytime after I do these, these exercises, I just feel so loose. I feel so free and my voice even sounds different. There's times where my voice is very deep. And what I can tell is that that's more authentic. It's more real, the real me, but there's a filter of like that trauma,. That's why it's either T.R.E trauma release exercises or tension release exercises. But either way, I'm releasing tension. And when you release tension, you feel free.
