The Five Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace

In the workplace, 70% of people who have a job in this country say they feel little to no appreciation coming from the people with him or her. The one place we got pushed back from the HR people is on physical touch at work. And if you see a colleague that's giving people high fives, great, give them a high five. If they hit people on the shoulder, hit them on the shoulder. It might be their love language and other, you know, relationship, but not a word.
