The National Eating Disorders Association found out the hard way. They apparently replaced entirely its human staffed hotline with a chatbot. Cnet tried to get an AI tool to write about compound interest, and it was just there was a lot of stuff wrong in it. And so they brought their humans back, hopefully it doubled the pay.
