How to Dial Up the Challenge Level of a Walk or Hike

CNN's John Sutter talks about ways to raise the challenge level of a walk or hike. He says we can carry heavy objects, such as kettlebells and rucksacks for example. We can also go backwards on our hikes in order to engage antagonist muscles that are usually firing, he says. The kids will mimic what their parent is doing when they do this kind of stuff, Sutter says.
