The Risks of Disengaging With China

There's no doctrine of how a cyber war would or could escalate. Cyber weapons are essentially offering mutually assured destruction in some sense. In terms of disengaging with China, I think it's very, very hard to contemplate how that would happen other than through a direct military conflict. So it's not clearly impossible because anything like that can happen.
