I'm a practice owner like many of your listeners. I've been doing that since about 2008 when I left the big four PWC to buy into this small firm. But more recently in the last couple of years or so as I got the practice to run without me with an incredible team, I started coaching mentor other accountants and helping them shortcut their progress. It was something that I always wanted to do, not necessarily run my own accounting firm, but always wanted to have my own business.
