The Cost of a Frivolous l'Oreal Paris Lawsuit
I was so happy to see that Judge Torres threw this case out. I feel bad for the plaintiff whose name is all over the place for this frivolous lawsuit. This really kind of reminds me like they rolled the dice. They wanted to convince people that there was something related to France in this product. But there's nothing French about it. And it also reminds me like Saint Ives brand, where they want to talk about Switzerland. There's nothing French or there's nothing Swiss about Saint Ives.
