The Importance of Consistency

People tend to or want to quantify the whole self data process of collecting numbers on your own actions and thoughts. This is why people want to capture that so that you have numbers that you can't argue with. That's important because you are what you do. You're not what you think you do. And one thing that was kind of impressed on me recently: consistency can't be inconsistent.
