Coppice Workers - How Do You Get Into That Industry?

i've been doing it a a volunteer with wild life groups since i was 14 years old. But i had no idea you c'ud actually make a living out of it. Am, so i actually rolled in a week long course on coppesing. And as part of that course, we went out every day and we met full time copice workers who were making a living from copic work. I don't like competition. I dislike to collaborate as much as i can  and we do that pretty well over here,. or at least in walk in the stre yet, that's awesome.
