ISIS Attacks in Paris - Is the Supreme Court Liable?
Family members of a victim of the ISIS attacks in Paris are suing tech companies. They allege that algorithms by displaying terrorist content acted as recommendations to people. The Supreme Court is examining this case to see if yes, companies are completely responsible for anything that's published on their platforms or not. If it rules and if it they rule like that in the US, there's no reason why other countries would not follow suit.
