Most low budget things are done by one person and most people who are taking on, you know, that those many hat jobs, they're focusing exclusively on camera. And they don't have that background in production design. There has to be a reason why you're making a video, right? It needs to have a reason for being in motion. Sometimes a phone will tell your story better than all the best gear in the world.
