Interopperability in Block Chains?

Axlor was created to work with some block chains that perhaps were designed long before axlor existed. Going forward, how do you see new block chains? How would they be developed to work with inter opperability from day one? Like, what kind of changes now that inter opping a thing for future black chains? Yes, o we have done two things, i think.
