The Local Controller Violates Air Traffic Control Procedures
Continuation of flight should have been possible immediately after stick shaker activation. The local controller aired in judgment and violated air traffic control procedures when he cleared flight night to take off ahead of an arriving Eastern flight 1451 with less than the required separation. Runway distance reference markers are the things I mentioned earlier where on the sides of the runway still have big numbers. It's like a black sign with a white number that shows you how much runway you've used and how much runway is left.
