What Are the Challenges in Collecting KPIs?

I think the thing I saw with multiple companies is also that, especially when you're looking at a holistic level, right. Each team generally has their own way of collecting data which all have a different format. It's very hard to first clean or structure the data so you can make sense of it. That's one combination we also discussed with multiple people from different companies. And in general, it's also hard to dig deeper, right? If you have such a high level metric as retention or MPS, you want to ask more questions and dig in deep.
