I don't see any issue eating carbohydrates with meat or fruit. I think it results in no metabolic issues. It's something that we would have done evolutionarily, like when he was with the hods and Tanzania. So your banana and steak smoothies are totally okay. Totally okay. It's a little dilution. Put some liver in there. Yeah. Well, you have to pay a lot of attention to how you're preparing those saturated fats. Most restaurants are cooking in seed oils.
