Data Sonification

Amsonification is the process of turning data into sound. It can be used to alert people to changes in state or to important information, without intruding on their visual field. Sound has an emotional and musical connotation that 's sort of independent of what it refers to. Amsonification often used to communicate time series data progressions through time. And then i guess finally, it is like just the novelty factor of it. You know, even though it's been around for a century, still think of sonification ar something quite new and inivative.
