What Is Value Inversion?
In relation to partners, it's not all love and harmony, because there's this phenomenon caled value inversion. Value inversion is what happens when complimenters, who initially are great for you, begin to undermine the value of the cor offer. This is the big contrast between the technology base disruption story, ala clay christianson, where a substitute threat starts off as not good enough, and then it gets good enough. And now it's a threat. The idea behind value and aversion is to recognize that sometimes your complimenters can get to a point where they essentially get too good.
