The Role of Drug Prohibition in the Police State
Musk is a huge proponent of artificial intelligence, even though it's not intelligence, but of AI. But he does realize that our risks and adults need to really think about how it's going to be used. Does Musk's obsessive focus on only the negative of AI reach the level of cowardice? There's a sense in which it does. It also gets him a lot of press. The profits of doom do better than profits of wonder, of positivity. Doom sells, pessimism sells, disaster catastrophe sells. By the way, I will be doing a show tonight.
