The Cost of a New HVAC Unit

Paul Whitaker: I'm very thankful for the cool crisp air in my home, but I am not necessarily happy about the cost of a new HVAC system. We begin with an article by Ron Dezakimo inquiring for the Presbyterian Church in America with regard to the teaching that is in the book of church order on non communing members. He says the BCA teaches that children of professing believers are members of the visible church and therefore are entitled to baptism.
