The Limitations in Capabilities, Right?

There's restrictions in abilities, right? There's two sides of the coin. If we cut you off from swift, you can't accept foreign payments. And so we use a lot of these restrictions. But at the same time, the prob with restrictions is the companies that are actually being hurt by them. Ice and silkand valley seems to be in the middle saying, well, we do not wan to be a cared or a stick. I just don't think it's really well.
