We don't want to get entirely off the rails with federal courts. We've been pushing to nominate Nicole Burner on the Fourth Circuit Court. She would be one of the few actual people who direct labor experience that Biden would have nominated. But again, given the nature of Congress and the polarization of Congress, like seeing more pro-labor or even judges with some kind of labor experience might be harder for the next couple of years of the Biden administration.
