Howard Winston from Cincinnati Ohio asked Charlie if he had a good answer to the question of foreign exchange baffles him. He said that purchasing power parity does not work very well as a guide to how exchange values will behave in any shorter medium or medium or maybe even long term. The world adapts in different ways sometimes it adapts by high rates of inflation to a sinking currency usually it does, but ours hasn't done that with respect to our dollar.
