Pigs Are a Big Problem Than Chickens

What you feed a chicken changes the composition of its egg, meat and fat. And i think that eating evolutionarily inconsistent food leads to massive problems for humans. So this is why i do not eat chicken. I just can't find good enough quality chicken. Now, pigs are probably even a bigger problem than chickens, because pigs are fattier than chickens. You may not be getting a lot of chicken fat, but if you're eating pork, you're getting a ton of pork fat. It's going to enrich your diet in linalaic acid.
