Is This Good for the Consumer or Banks?

The White House said to FERC regarding their energy as an energy agency that they need to be looking into and creating disclosures for Bitcoin miners. The banking industry lobby will very quickly say yeah but is this good for banks let's talk about this. I don't know any other industry that is so blatant about protecting their own interests because like if it's the car industry and we need to like fix the seat belts or electric cars working better you know take your pick.
