i used to go to work, and i would do a hundred and 50 mile round trip in i would leave on sunday, stay in a hotel, come back on t Tuesday evening. And i would see my son two hours within three days a end. You just get to that point where i can't take this any more. This is just not what i signed up for. We talk about depression and anxiety as if it's something that happens in the workplace. Yet all the evidence showst how your parentage and the amount of time you spend with your parents and your early years actually impact your incidences of mental house going forward.
