This likely will raise a number of legal and constitutional issues. If pat sepyline is serious about his past position,. i think he is, will be spun into a cover up and obstruction. Or maybe he'll just decide, the hell with it. I will testify. But at a minimum, you would expect some kind of negotiation to narrow the kinds of questions they would ask him. It does create all these issues, the context of which and the complications of which will never be reported by the media.
